Rusty O'Toole	Stage Manager who must make the show go on.
Danny Diamond	The tongue-tied emcee.
Monkey	The theater owner's very inquisitive pet monkey.
Heidi, the Hair-Dresser	The German hair dresser.
Fabio Fox	Like Harpo Marx, Fabio is the show's brilliant, but silent handyman.
Tommy Tortoise	Slow and steady wins the race.
Holly Hare	Speedy, like a Nascar on two legs.
Leona Lion	Martha Mouse's fearless feline dance partner.
Martha Mouse	Leona's alliterate dance partner.
Gomer Goat	Gus Goat's geeky older brother.
Gus Goat	Gomer's hip-hop younger brother.
Ewe Momma	The no-nonsense mother of Gus and Gomer.
Troll	The south-of-the-border, down-on-his-luck bridge troll.
