Austin Summer Musical for Children (ASMC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. If you would like a receipt for your donation, please let us know.
Our budget, of approximately $30,000.00, is funded in its entirety by the donations of private individuals and our wonderful corporate sponsors. All donations to ASMC go directly to production of the event. The performances are FREE. The actors, stage crew and support staff are all volunteers. The donations are used for theater rental, contractor fees (Artistic Director, Choreographer, Accompanist, Light & Sound Technicians, etc), and marketing fees.
Your donation will help ensure the success of the Austin Summer Musical for Children. All donations that are made by July 1 each year are recognized in the program, which is handed out to our audiences. Our corporate and civic sponsors are also listed on posters which are prominantly displayed at the show.
We have the following donor levels available for the individual donor:
Accompanist ($1 - $100): Donors will receive two free tickets to our Gala and Silent Auction and a listing in our program as a supporter.
Actor's Circle ($101 - $250): Donors will receive four free tickets to our Gala and Silent Auction and a listing in our program as a supporter.
Director's Circle ($251 - $499): Donors will receive six free tickets to our Gala and Silent Auction, a listing in our program as a supporter, and a listing and/or link in the Sponsors section of our website.
Signature Sponsor: Individual ($500+): Donors will receive free tickets to attend the Gala and Silent Auction, a listing in our program as a supporter, and a listing and/or link in the Sponsors section of our website.
Signature Sponsor: Corporate ($500+): The company will receive free tickets for their staff to attend the Gala and Silent Auction, a listing in our program as a supporter, and a listing and/or link in the Sponsors section of our website.
